What our customers say…
Here's what some of our customers think about us, in their own words.
"I had had a handyman install 2 sink faucets and they had begun dripping. The Benjamin Franklin plumber disassembled both of them, cleared them, and reinstalled them properly. He installed a hand held shower which I had bought . The old sink faucet in the guest bathroom was taken out and a deluxe Moen faucet was installed.
I had used this company previously in the year to replace a toilet and was very satisfied with their professionalism, attention to detail, and pleasantness. I appreciate that the plumber and his assistant showed respect for my house by wearing shoe covers when inside and cleaning up completely when they were done. They were happy to answer all of my questions and explained everything to my satisfaction. They have all the supplies needed to do a job on their truck. I have used a different plumbing company in the past with lower prices but was not as satisfied with the quality of the work done as I am with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Lee County."

I" highly recommend Perry and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Lee County for any of your plumbing needs. He is professional and punctual, and does only the highest quality work." – Susan K.
“We first met Perry and Carolyn as a result of their involvement in a community event that they care deeply about which has a common bond with myself and my wife.
We have contracted with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Lee County for several years and have enjoyed the thanks of our neighbors as well for the referrals that we have provided to them to use this company. One lady recently shared with me, “I am so glad that you introduced me to Mr. Benjamin Franklin!” Well not quite but I can see how she might have been confused. Perry Sisson strives to:
• Be the best that he can be.
• Uses his knowledge and skills to help others.
• Is not wasteful and protects the environment.
The Ben Franklin Society™ is a plumbing maintenance membership service club that is limited to a select group of our customers, which we have joined and enjoy the benefits of. When you work with this company you can expect professionalism, ethical treatment and clean workmanship. By that we mean plumbing done as a master craftsperson would do not as a “cob job” fly by night. This is text book professionalism, provided as promised from an incredibly stocked vehicle. You will be amazed to just look at the inventory that is in the back of his trucks. Do not expect to see the second rate fixtures that you will find at the local big box retail stores. These are the real professional fixtures that a homeowners deserve in their home.”

"At last I've found a plumber who knows what he's doing and in addition is clean, on time and organized. What a treat! In the forty years I've lived in this area I've never found any plumbing company like this one. And Perry also takes good care of my reverse osmosis water filter system. I recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing very highly. To me it's the only one and the best." - GJ
"I have been very frustrated with local "handymen" presenting themselves as licensed, insured professionals. I would rather pay for a true professional to come out and diagnose the correct problem and fix it in one trip than cheap out and get someone who really doesn't know for sure what they are doing. After messing around with so-called plumbers, I called Ben Franklin here in Ft. Myers. They came when they said they would, took the time to determine what was ACTUALLY wrong and quoted me a fair price for a professional that has to equip a real truck, and pay for license, insurance and education to keep up to date with current codes.
He also pointed out two other problems that would have created me even more headaches, one he told me how to fix myslef, and the other he took care of for next to nothing since he was already there. I have had it with using "friends of friends" or "retired plumbers" who either don't know enough to be able to get a license or have lost it because of shoddy workmanship. Sure they are cheap, but not if you count having to have them come out over and over, and not if you count the damage they do that you can't recover because they don't have insurance, plus having to have it all ripped out and redone if you get caught without the right permits. The guy from Ben Franklin was worth every penny and I will call him again when I need plumbing work done." - Teresa H.
